  The Matcha + Lemon flavor has 4mg of caffeine per pack from the natural caffeine in green tea.
• Sour Cherry:
  Sugar; Glucose Syrup; Water; Pectin; Cherry Powder; Citric Acid; Lactic Acid; Green Tea Extract.
• Blueberry:
  Sugar; Glucose Syrup; Water; Pectin; Blueberry; Citric Acid; Blueberry Juice Concentrate; Lactic Acid; Green Tea Extract.

The Blueberry flavour and Sour Cherry flavour adds 50mg of caffeine per pack from green tea for some extra boost and focus.
