Choosing the correct Arch Size

To find out what foot type you have, you can do this simple test.

You will need:

• A bowl of water or use the bath.
• A dark piece of paper (a brown or manila envelope will work).
• Your feet!

How to do the wet foot print test

1. Wet your feet

Dip one of your feet in the bowl of water/ or you bath, and shake off any excess.

2. Make an impression

Press your wet foot onto the paper/envelope as if you were walking over it.

3. Match it

Match the foot print with one of the pictures. This will give you your foot type. If, you feel like you're between two then opt for the high arch.

Directions

• Remove the existing insole from your shoe
• Place the old insole on top of your new Sidas insoles
• Align the back of the heels and draw around the shape at the front as a trim guide
• Trim your Sidas insole to fit
• Now replace the old/existing insole with your Sidas insoles
• Check the fit. The insole should not be curling up at the front or the sides

Care

• Wash with soap and brush only
• Do not dry on a radiator, for a better drying use our shoe dryers
