MyCalm is a natural; homeopathic formulation for anxiety; stress; panic attacks; and nervousness. It’s designed to support your nervous system during periods of high stress and help you return to a state of calm.

It’s normal to feel anxious from time to time; but when anxiety and stress become a daily occurrence this can interfere with your health and quality of life.

Elevated levels of stress hormones; cortisol and adrenaline; can weaken your immune system; make you more vulnerable to illness; and impact your ability to show up fully at work; in your relationships; and in daily life.

MyCalm has been formulated to support your nervous system to down-regulate and return to a natural state of calm and balance where you’re better equipped to face the day.

It can help with acute anxiety; anticipatory anxiety (when you think you may feel anxious about something coming up); general anxiety disorder; stress; nervousness; panic attacks; and feelings of overwhelm.

Useage

• Acute Anxiety/Panic Attack: 1 dose every 10 minutes for up to 3 doses over 30 minutes. If symptoms settle after the 1st or 2nd dose; stop doses. Repeat as needed on relapse of symptoms
• Anticipatory Anxiety: Take a dose when feeling nervous just before an event. Then as required as per above directions.
• General Anxiety/Stress: For ongoing daily anxiety – 4 to 6 doses over 24 hours. If you feel generally better after several days of taking MyCalm; reduce daily dose.

1 dose equals 1 spray under the tongue.
