Ran a half marathon in these shorts and they were great! I love that they have two pockets — super handy for carrying essentials. The built-in bike shorts underneath, with the looser outer layer on top, are perfect. They provide coverage and modesty, so I didn’t have to worry about anything riding up or flashing during the run. Highly recommend! Stick to your usual size, or you could size up if you prefer a looser fit.
